Unable to connect to GW - Guild Wars Forums

I logged on , double-clicked on one of mine characters and :
"Guild Wars was unable to complete the operation. Please try again in a few minutes" . Code = 013 . Im trying it for about half an hour.
Does it happen to anyone of you , too ? What should I do ?

Yup, for me too. Been close to 50 mins now.

No problems for me tho...AZ, USA.

EDIT: I'll strike my above statement. Tried to do some JQ and got code 13. Guess I typed too soon, lol. That'll teach me.
